Summit Pricing 

Registration fees support the nonprofit educational mission of the M-Enabling Summit and help cover program delivery, accessibility services, and event operations. The Summit is organized by G3ict, a global nonprofit initiative advancing digital accessibility and disability inclusion.

Early Check-in, Welcome Mixer

Start the event on a high note with the Early Check In and Welcome Mixer. Join the M-Enabling Summit Team for a friendly in person gathering on Sunday, 4 October, on the second floor of the Conference Center starting at 6:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow participants before the Summit officially begins.

Conference Floor Walkthrough Orientation Tour

Take a guided tour of the Conference Center, hosted by the expert M-Enabling Summit Accessibility Desk team. This tour is designed to offer valuable insights into navigating the venue and utilizing its resources effectively. This is a great chance to explore the space before everyone arrives for Monday morning programming.

Join us at Registration for one of these two tours:

  • Sunday, 4 October: 7:45 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.  
  • Monday, 5 October: 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.

The in-person Two-Day Pass includes:

Seminars & Workshops | Day 3

Extend your learning beyond the core Summit program with optional half‑day seminars and workshops designed to deepen your expertise and support your ongoing professional development. Each session provides practical tools, actionable frameworks, and resources you can apply immediately. View available Seminars & Workshops

Half‑Day Seminars and Workshops will be offered on Day 3 — Wednesday, 7 October — providing focused, in‑depth training on specialized topics. Participants will also have the opportunity to earn IAAP‑approved continuing education credits applicable toward CPACC or CPWA recertification.

Attendees registered for ME‑26 may add a Day 3 seminar/workshop for an additional fee—saving $125 or more compared to the standalone rate. Seminar/workshop‑only registrations are also available.

IAAP Organizational & Individual Discounts 

The International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), a division of G3ict, provides accessibility education and professional certifications for individuals and organizations. IAAP current members qualify for a Summit discount. To receive a discount code, please email info@accessibilityassociation.org.

Accessibility Accommodation Services

  • We are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible experience for all Summit participants. If you require accommodation that is not listed on the registration form, please get in touch with accessibility@m-enabling.com.  
  • A guided tour of the Conference Center is being offered. Sign up during online registration to secure your spot. Details regarding the date, time, and precise meeting location will be sent to registered attendees via email before the event. 
  • American Sign Language (ASL) services will be provided both on-site and virtually for sessions during the 2-day Summit. Participants planning to attend a seminar or workshop on the third day (7 October) must submit their ASL requests via the registration system by1 September 2026.
  • Real-time Captioning (CART) will be provided both on-site and virtually for sessions, including workshops or seminars on the third day (7 October). CART offers live text transcriptions of spoken dialogue, enhancing the Summit’s accessibility for all attendees. 
  • Participants who have requested accommodation, such as hard-copy Braille, should visit the Accessibility Desk during on-site registration check-in. The only hard-copied Braille content provided is the Summit Agenda-at-a-Glance. All other Summit content can be found on the Summit website or the event app. Requests for hard-copy Braille should be made through the registration system before 1 September 2026.  

Registration Policies

Conference registration is non-refundable. A registered participant may substitute, at no cost, the name of another person in his or her place. Please submit name change requests before 30 September at 5:00 PM EST to registration@m-enabling.com

  • Pre-registration is required. Registration is not available on-site. 
  • International participants who require a visa to enter the United States will receive further information on their registration confirmation e-mail. 
  • Group registration discounts are available for groups of 10+ or more. Please submit requests to registration@m-enabling.com 
  • Registration credentials to access the Summit area are required. 

The M-Enabling Summit is committed to the health and wellness of all participants. We will enforce all current CDC recommendations for health and safety protocols. Based on updated official health safety guidelines for public meetings and best practices, additional health safety protocols, such as mask-wearing or testing requirements, may be specified.

Photography Policy

Attendees recognize that their photograph and/or likeness may be used for promotional purposes and grant the M-Enabling Summit the right to use their image in promotional materials, programs, and events. 

Data Privacy

G3ict, the organizer of the M-Enabling Summit, values your trust, is committed to protecting your privacy, and wants to ensure transparency regarding the use of your data: 

  • Data collected during the registration process is utilized for organizing the Summit, as well as for post-event surveys and announcements. 
  • Cvent serves as the M-Enabling Summit’s registration and networking platform. It is certified Level 1 compliant with the PCI Data Security Standards (DSS) and routinely undergoes on-site audits by a third-party Qualified Security Assessor. 
  • Data collected about alternative formats for Summit materials and accessibility services is shared with the appropriate accommodation service providers. 
  • By registering, participants consent to the storage of their registration data, receipt of confirmations, and delivery of notifications and communications.
